Spotted this 2001 Z3 Coupe with a salvage title listed on Craigslist in Baltimore, Maryland for $5,000 with 92k miles. No affiliation.
Z3 with 5-speed and the 3.0L. Runs and drives. Everything works. Priced according to repairs needed and age of car. Car was appraised as it sits for $10k two years ago.

The car has 92k original miles. The compression is high on all 6 cylinders, and the fluids have all been maintained by BMW factory service according to proper intervals. The A/C has been factory serviced by BMW.
What it needs: The roof has a small dents from a branch falling, air bag system needs to be inspected and repaired, I have the expensive replacement horn pad for steering wheel that I will include with the car, the frame needs to be pulled on the driver’s side front approx 1/2 inch, and a few lights need to be reset on the dash. The car hit a curb and the bags blew and the frame is good, but the upper strut area shifted 1/2 inch at the top. A frame/body shop estimated the repair to cost around 300. If buyer pays, I may be able to get this done. If not, I can recommend a few places.
It has mods: Shark programmable chip module, carbon fiber engine covers and intake, and a few other performance and appearance upgrades. Brand new BMW factory installed clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing. I also have four spare BMW aluminum rims and tires to use as rollers.
