I’ve tried to talk local Phoenix M Coupe owner Devon Burton out of selling, let alone for such a low price, to no avail. His mind is set on selling in order to reprioritize the funds. It’s not something he seems to have taken lightly, but the time has come. I don’t expect that he’ll be without a Coupe for very long though as he does intend to purchase another in the future. I suspect that like so many other Coupe owners that sell, he may regret parting with this one. He’s listed his 118k M Coupe for only $12k, despite my best efforts to convince him to ask a price close to market averages. While it isn’t a cream-puff, his Coupe doesn’t need much. Most things he has cited in the listing are normal Z3/M issues that could easily be resolved by the new owner in a weekend for minimal cash. You’ve likely seen Devon’s M Coupe here before, back in 2010. Best of luck with the sale, Devon. Hope we see ya back in another not too long from now!
