I’ll be there soon (without my Coupe, though), and would love to shoot your Coupe for a feature here if so. Please contact me if you (and your Coupe) might be available.

New Wheels | Kinesis K58s

http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5315/5901501776_fac9cb3961_m.jpg

I’ve wanted a set of Kinesis K58s for years. Finding an affordable 18″, flat lip set in anything other than “chrome” has been a bit difficult though. Over a month ago I found and bought a newly refinished set. They FINALLY arrived on Friday. They aren’t the exact configuration I wanted. I’m currently working on sourcing 4″ outer lips for the rears. Hopefully I’ll have them in the next few weeks. I really like the refinish the seller did on these. Freshly polished lips, black powder coated barrels, matte black ceramic coated hardware, silver powder coated centers with a gloss clear coat. I can’t wait to get them mounted!

…and we’re back!

I haven’t posted in a few days, it’s been weird not doing it. Glad to be back at it. We haven’t been getting much sleep, and with a 2 year old to take care of, as well as all of the other stuff, we’ve been really busy. My wife delivered our second son, Cooper Mason on 6/1 @ 1:00pm (at home!). He was 21″, 9lbs(!!). Mom and baby are healthy and doing great. BTW, Cooper was her suggestion, not mine. Why would I say “no” though?!

AZ CL Find: 2002 Z3 Coupe | Topaz Blue

This Z3 Coupe is about an hour from where I live. Looks pretty nice, and the miles are pretty low — under 70k. From his Photobucket gallery:

2002 Z3 Coupe for sale. 68,800 miles. Great shape. Daily driver, so it shows typical PHX freeway paint nicks, one small ding on the right rear fender (see pics) and some rubbing/peeling on factory wheels. Otherwise a fabulous car. Interior is like new. Runs and drives great! A really sexy, fun little car. Asking $13,500. 480-720-8884

CL Find: NEW Kinesis K57 Wheels

Stumbled across these on the Chicago Craigslist. I didn’t realize that Lamborghini’s had the same bolt pattern as Z3/Ms — 5x120mm. The seller doesn’t mention offset, but they are 17″x8.5″ 17″x12″. Although they look more like 18 or 19s to me. If you have $3,500 to spend on wheels, I imagine it’d be no big deal to set them up with the perfect offsets.
