This M Coupe was posted on bmw-syndikat.de by sergevermeulen of Soleuvre, Luxembourg. This sunroof delete, Imola/Imola M Coupe would be a pretty rare bird in NA with only 13 specced just like it. With 2,178 LHD S50 M Coupes, and 2,180 LHD S52 M Coupes, I’d imagine the distribution would be somewhat similar. It appears to be all stock. At didn’t catch the plate at first glance, but it’s pretty cool – MZ 32000.

I haven’t really posted any Coupe videos here, but after stumbling across this one, I think I might post them regularly. This video was posted on youtube.com by jurglic while driving in Mendola Pass, Dolomites, Italy. Narrow, twisty, mountain roads, viewed from an M Coupe, chasing a Z3 Coupe — Looks like a fun, yet crazy drive. Based upon the black faced gauges, and sound of the engine this is an S50 M Coupe. This M Coupe was posted on flickr.com by Michaelangelo10. There are no details posted about the Coupe, but it caught my attention for obvious reasons. The vinyl “camo” treatment is something I’ve never seen on a Coupe before, let along on a Dakar Yellow Coupe. The license plate is the same as this Coupe I posted just yesterday, so I contacted the owner for more details. I found some additional photos in this thread on pistonheads.com from the owner in the meantime. I’m curious about the tradition of “stickering” cars for Le Mans. I like the idea, though!

This M Coupe was posted for sale on pistonheads.com by Adam Saunders of Lancashire, United Kingdom with 71,000 miles for £10,995 (~$17,064 USD). This looks like a well maintained Coupe that is up to date on all wear items. Mods include: AC Schnitzer suspension, AC Schnitzer shift knob and Remus Cat back exhaust. In NA there were only 51 Dakar M Coupes sold, 41 with a black interior, with only 33 of them being from the 2000 model year. With only 821 RHD S50 M Coupes sold in the European market, this is likely a rare example.

This M Coupe was posted on gumtree.com in Stirling, UK with 93,000 miles for £9,750 (~$15,140 USD). The seller has owned it for 5 years, but needs to sell due to a job relocation. He indicates that it has been maintained at any expense, including having the VANOS replaced. It is all stock aside from carbon fiber look badges all around, and the Roadstars have been refinished in anthracite paint. I think the darker finish looks great against the Arctic Silver paint. The Arctic Silver over Imola Red is a rare combo in North America with only 32 sold. With only 821 RHD S50 M Coupes in Europe compared to 2,180 LHD S52 M Coupes in NA, this is likely an even more rare combo. It’s a great looking Coupe.
