Join me and a slew of other E36/8 fanatics on August 25, 2012 in Port Hueneme, CA at the BMW Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC). We’re hoping to set a new record with at least 65 Coupes gathered together, hopefully you’ll be there! Last year was my first time at Dorkfest, and I had blast! I was sans Coupe then, but this year I’m driving out from Phoenix to join in the fun. Rob and the other organizers are putting together a great event, so don’t miss out!

/ August 17, 2012I’ll be there with my 2001 Sapphire Black/Black M Coupe from Iowa City, IA. I’m heading for Fort Collins, CO on Wednesday morning to meet up with Jon Martin and a few other coupe drivers. From there we head out to Port Hueneme via whatever route those guys have cooked up.
We’ll be at the host hotel by Friday evening.
When the event is over, I’m planing to head back home via Historic Route 66.
