I know next to nothing about this M Coupe, but it’s a great photo that I’ve never seen before, so I wanted to share it. The photo was posted by Pieter1 on photobucket.com with the caption “Cape town”. That said, based upon the chrome trim ringed headlights, and Hyper Silver Roadstars, I am assuming it is a 2000 with an S50 under the hood. / November 26, 2013I don’t know anything about the Coupe, but can confirm three things:
It is most likely a 2000 model for the reasons you mention, definitely an S50 as the 2001/2 models came with AC Schnitzer wheels (etc.).
Secondly the registration (CFM) is Somerset West, which is a small town about 30 miles east of Cape Town.
Third, it’s a great pic and thanks for sharing! Keep up the good work 🙂
