2001 BMW M Coupe | Laguna Seca Blue | Laguna Seca Blue/Black

 

This M Coupe was posted for sale on z3-forum.de by zo82 of Switzerland with 42,000 km (26,097 miles) for €29,300 (~$39,513 USD). In the US there are 16 LSB/LSB M Coupes, of which only 3 have a sunroof delete. 10 of the LSB/LSB Coupes were the 2001 model year, with only 1 having a sunroof delete. $39k seems like an unrealistic price for the seller to expect, but not long ago a 2001 Phoenix Yellow over Black M Coupe with sunroof sold for $45,900. It did have only 5,051 miles, but was also not as rare, being 1 of 9 identically specced M Coupes. The photos aren’t very good, but it’s LSB, so of course I’m going to post this! 😉

2000 M Coupe | Titanium Silver | Black | Sunroof Delete

 

This M Coupe was posted for sale in March of this year on tundratalk.net by Khoi911 in Virginia with 39k miles for $20k. The all stock M Coupe appears to be in very good condition, with low miles. Titanium over black was the most common color combination for M Coupes with 363 produced. But this is a sunroof delete Coupe, of which there are only 54. I would assume by now that this has been sold. Somebody picked up a nice clean, low mile Coupe.

These excellent M Coupe photos were posted on graphicsdump.wordpress.com. The only thing posted with the photos is “photoshoot for a client”. There were only 46 Steel Gray over Gray/Black M Coupes made for NA, of which 38 have a sunroof like this one. It looks in the first image like this M Coupe has a sunroof. The thing that stands out the most are the wheels. My favorite – Kinesis K58s. I’m aware of only a few Coupes that have Kinesis K5Xs, and only one that is Steel Gray. Additionally, curved Super Sprint DTM exhaust tips are visible. That said, I think this must be Andrew’s fine specimen. Or, is there a duplicate out there? I doubt it. Let us know, Andrew! This M Coupe was posted on autogespot.com by Dave-Jan-Autogespot after spotting it in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Based upon the non-chrome trim ringed headlights, and all black kidney grill slats, this is a 1998, or 1999 M Coupe with an S50 under the hood. Mods include BBS CH wheels, aftermarket suspension, and an updated S54 curved M badge on the hatch.

This M Coupe was posted on flickr.com by BMW Car Club GB & Ireland. The fully track-prepped Coupe is a real head turner with the lime green paint. There was no information posted about the Coupe, and there are no distinguishable features to identify the the year or engine. The one thing I can identify is the Erebuni carbon fiber look fiberglass side grilles. This is the first Coupe I can recall seeing them installed on.
