2001 Z3 Coupe | Alpine White | Walnut

Jon from mcoupebuyersguide.com pointed out this Z3 Coupe listed for sale on eBay in Calgary, Canada by samslam78. It was originally purchased in Iowa, and still has an Iowa title. The current owner purchased the Coupe from Motorworks BMW in Minneapolis, MN with 81,000 miles; It now has 84,791 miles. It seems like it could be brought back into the US without issue. That is, if somebody wants to pony up and “buy it now” for $19,500 or place the initial bid of $10,500 and hope they get to the reserve. Alpine white is pretty uncommon in general, let alone on Z3 Coupes. While the price is in M Coupe territory, it does have Walnut extended leather, which was never available on an M Coupe.

I drove my Coupe for the first time in over a week today to do some running around. I sure did miss driving it! It was overcast and/or rainy all day, so the light was pretty good. I saw a few decent places to snap some photos, but only had my iPhone with me…so they’re not the best quality, but I like them just the same.

This M Coupe is listed for sale on pistonheads.com by Steve Wood of the UK. The asking price is £22,995 (~$35,407 USD) with 32.5k miles. Mods include: 18″ BBS LM wheels, KW V3 suspension, H&R sway bars, big brake kit ( Porsche calipers/CSL discs), SS brake and clutch lines, Hamann exhaust, Hamann strut bar, Hamann rear diffuser, AC Schnitzer splitters, AC Schnitzer hatch spoiler, AC Schnitzer shift knob, AC Schnitzer Handbrake, AC Schnitzer pedals, and AC Schnitzer side mirrors.

2001 M Coupe | “Hamann Limited Edition” No. 004

I found this M Coupe for sale in Germany on autocenter-querum.de. They have listed it as a “BMW Z3 M Coupe Hamann Le Mans Limited Edition”. I can’t find any further details about the Coupe, so it may or may not have been designed/built by Hamann, but it does have a “special” badge on the glove box indicating that it is Hamann Limited Edition Serial Number 004.

2000 M Coupe | Estoril | Kyalami/Black

This M Coupe, owned by B///MW of zroadster.com, has a color combo that I’ve never seen before — Estoril over Kyalami/Black. That’s probably because there are none in the US. Based upon the chrome trim ringed headlights, and flat M badges this is a 2000, which also mean it has an S50. Mods include: G-Power rear diffuser, Hamann side skirts, ZHP shift knob, an unknown suspension, and M3 CSL wheels.
