2002 Z3 Coupe | Jet Black | Beige

This Z3 Coupe was posted for sale on bimmerforums.com by mmeccam of Fort Worth, Texas with 72k miles for $15,500. The sunroof delete Coupe has a number of Dinan mods including: exhaust, intake, throttle body, and programming. It appears stock, otherwise. This is a nice looking Coupe with a mild and tasteful set of mods, which compliment the already fairly potent non-M M54 engine.

M52B28 Z3 Coupe | Jet Black | Black

M52B28 Z3 Coupe | Jet Black | Black

This Z3 Coupe was posted on zroadster.com it’s new owner M346QP of Austria. The Coupe is essentially all stock aside from Bilstein shocks/struts, Eibach springs, and Bastuck exhaust. Even with just the suspension change, the all black sunroof delete Coupe looks great, including the stock Style 32 wheels. Given the non-chrome trim ringed headlights, I believe this is a 1998 or 1999.

1999 Z3 Coupe | Hellrot Red | Black

1999 Z3 Coupe | Hellrot Red | Black | Tein Suspension

This Z3 Coupe was posted on stanceworks.com by it’s new owner, z3coupe. He purchased the 98k Coupe as it sits now, but is working to remedy the damage caused to the front bumper when the P.O. hit a 2×4 on the freeway. That certainly could have ended worse than what appears to only be superficial damage to the front bumper cover. Mods include: 19″ wheels, which look a lot like Privat Legendes to me (a Kinesis K59 replica of sorts), Tein suspension, tinted windows and blacked out corner markers. He plans to add an M50 intake and S52 cams until he adds FI down the road, proceeded by reinforcing the subframe, naturally.

2001 Z3 Coupe | Dakar Yellow | Black

2001 Z3 Coupe | Dakar Yellow | Black | VIN WBACK73431LJ15266

This Z3 Coupe was listed for sale on ebay.com by shieldsmotors of Port Orange, Florida with 73,281 miles and a high bid, at time of posting, of $13,100 (reserve not met). The all stock, sunroof delete Coupe appears to be in good condition, with some wear and tear. All four Style 42 wheels have curb rash, there is damage to the front passengers edge of the bumper, and a scratch on the passengers side rear bumper. Given the exterior wear and tear, I’d guess the driver wasn’t careful enough when parking. If that’s the worst of the wear though, it’s not too bad at all. Something odd I noticed about the passengers seat — the leather is rippled like it was wet for an extended period of time. Not sure what else would cause leather to look that way. I’ve never seen a Z3/M seat that looked like that before. With the 3.0 M54 engine, Dakar paint, chrome line interior, and sunroof delete, this is a rare Coupe and with a little care could be a good buy (assuming the reserve isn’t too far away) for the right person.

Edited 5.31.12: Thanks to Tyler for posting in the comments below. This Coupe was listed for sale in Gainesville, Florida with 210 miles less for only $10,200 just a few days before this was listed on eBay. Screenshot linked in my response.

S50B32 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Kyalami/Black

S50B32 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Kyalami Orange/Black

This M Coupe was posted on forum-auto.com by e30forlife. The Kyalami Orange interior is what really caught my attention in these photos. It’s one of my favorite E36/8 interiors, and is also one of the rarest in NA with only 36 produced. I had an opportunity to by a Cosmos Black over Kyalami much like this one several years back when I had my Montreal Blue Z3 Coupe. I really liked the combo, and it was less than an hour away from. However, it had far too many flaws for the $18k the seller was asking. I still really like the color though! Mods on this Coupe include: Eisenmann Race exhaust, 18″ mesh wheels, aftermarket head unit, and curved 2001+ M hatch badge. Based upon the S50 engine under the hood, black gauges, non-chrome trim ringed headlights, and non-chrome trimmed kidney grille slats this is a 1998 or 1999 M Coupe.
