2001 M Coupe | Black Sapphire | Laguna Seca Blue/Black

2001 M Coupe | Black Sapphire | Laguna Seca Blue/Black

This M Coupe was posted for sale on munichlegends.co.uk in East Sussex, UK with 30,589 Miles for £19,995 (~$31,480 USD). With only 168 RHD S54 M Coupes sold, this is very likely the only one in this combo in the world. There were only two of 678 M Coupes produced in this combo for North America, both of which also have a sunroof. I think LSB looks really good with the black paint — a very nice Coupe indeed. The all stock Coupe appears to be in excellent shape, as it should be with such low mileage.

2000 M Coupe | Estoril Blue | Estoril/Black

2000 M Coupe | Estoril Blue | Estoril/Black | Dinan ISR Package

This M Coupe was featured on themotoringenthusiast.com highlighting the Dinan ISR modifications completed, this being the second Coupe to receive the treatment, and the tenth Z3 M. The Fikse FM5 wheels are what really caught my attention about this Coupe. The 17″ diameter, combined with the smaller center, and tall sidewalls (255/40, 285/40) makes for a unique look. There’s a slew of modifications on the Coupe, which I have copied below:

2000 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Imola/Black

2000 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Imola/Black

This M Coupe was posted for sale on gumtree.co.za in Cape Town, South Africa for R155,000 (~$20,660 USD) with 194,944 km (121,133 miles). It’s a very nice looking sunroof delete Coupe, especially considering that it has over 120k miles. Interestingly, this South Africa Coupe, unlike most of the others I have posted, does not have any of the AC Schnitzer parts that the ~40 imported there were said to be equipped with. This one appears to be all stock, which makes me think it may have been imported by the owner, rather than by a dealership when new.

S50B32 M Coupe | Matte Black | Imola/Black

This M Coupe was posted on jonsibal.com in a blog post covering the BMW Familie 2010 event hosted by Studie at Fuji Speedway in Japan. The annual event is held to bring together all BMW owners and clubs in Japan. Studie brought out numerous cars as taxis for the track, along with many more for attendees to check out. Looks like a very cool gathering! This M Coupe was one of the attendees at the event. It has quite a few mods that aren’t often seen, namely the BMW Aero Side Grilles. They are no longer available from BMW, but are still stocked at random places around the world. A handful of sets showed up recently in Germany, and they’ve appeared on eBay occasionally. Additional mods include: Hamann front splitter, aftermarket hood vents, matte black paint/vinyl, gloss black painted/powder coated Roadstars, aftermarket suspension, racing seats and an aftermarket spoiler.

1999 Z3 Coupe | Alpine White | Walnut

1999 BMW Z3 Coupe | Alpine White | Walnut

This Z3 Coupe was listed for sale on autotrader.com by Silver State Imports of Raleigh, NC for $11,995 with 106,137 miles. This is my absolute favorite Z3 Coupe color combination. Given the opportunity for an automatic in this same color combo, I’d be looking to buy it for my wife. She hasn’t always been a big fan of the Coupe, but over the last 4 years that I have owned one, her interest has grown from thinking they look nice, to wanting one of her own. I’ve tried many, many times to teach her to drive mine, but she is just too wary of “messing something up”. That said, her ideal Coupe would be the same AW/Walnut pictured here, but with an automatic. Not something I’m likely to find for sale in good shape, at a reasonable price anytime soon. One day though, maybe… This one came to my attention after it was posted on bimmerforums.com by clevertd. He was working towards buying it himself, but after some concerns arose during a PPI, and the dealer wouldn’t budge on the price, it sounds like he may have changed his mind.
