S54B32 M Coupe | Alpine White | Gray/Black

S54B32 M Coupe | Alpine White | Gray/Black

This M Coupe was posted on autojunk.nl by anniearnoa after spotting it in Venlo, Netherlands. Alpine White has moved way up on my list of favorite colors for M Coupes. This is just my personal opinion, but I think it is only exceeded by Laguna Seca Blue. While white is kind of average and boring for many cars, it really stands out on the Coupe. It really brings out the curves of the Coupe and looks really clean. This Coupe also has the much cleaner Euro hatch, absent of the giant placard, lights and off-center lock cylinder and lift of the NA hatch. The Coupe appears from the first photo to have a Gray/Black interior, which is my personal favorite, and just about all that I miss from my previous Arctic Silver S52 M Coupe. Based upon the curved M badges, chrome trim ringed headlights, and chrome trimmed kidney grille slats, this is a 2001 or 2002 with an S54 under the hood. Mods include: BBS LM wheels, color matched door handles, and color matched hatch spoiler. This is one great looking Coupe.

S50B32 M Coupe | Matte Black | Gray/Black

S50B32 M Coupe | Matte Black | Gray/Black | Style 108 Wheels E85 Z4

This M Coupe was posted on autogespot.com by az after spotting it in Riga, Latvia. Based upon the flat M badges on the side grilles, all black kidney grille slats, and what appear to be non-chrome trim ringed headlights, this is a 98 or 99 with an S50 under the hood. The matte black vinyl wrap, like this Coupe has, is becoming much more common. What really sets this Coupe apart though are the Style 108 (18″x8 ET47, 18″x8.5″ ET50) wheels from the E85 Z4 (2002-2008), with orange painted lips. Dare I say, I kind of like it? I know it’s probably sacrilege to some, though. This is the first time I have seen Style 108s mounted, and wheels with colored lips, on a Coupe. I actually thought about trying out orange lips on my previous Arctic Silver M Coupe with Roadstars, but decided it was just too eccentric for me. I can’t see myself doing this, especially now that I have an LSB M Coupe, but it does look kind of cool on this matte black wrapped Coupe. (more…)

1998 M Coupe | Dakar Yellow | Gray/Black

1998 BMW M Coupe | Dakar Yellow | Gray/Black

This M Coupe was posted in z3mcoupe.com by Hans Winkler of Germany. I’ve posted some shot of his Coupe before, but at that time it had 18″ Style 67 E46 M3 wheels and stock suspension. Since then he has added Chrome Shadow Roadstars, and lowered the Coupe. I’m guessing KW suspension, as that seems the frequent choice in Europe, whereas TC Kline is a frequent choice in the US. The ride height looks perfect, and the wheels look perfectly flush in the rear. When I was running Roadstars, I had 18mm spacers in the rear. I’m guessing he is running something similar. The M flag vinyl graphic is an interesting touch. I haven’t seen anybody highlight the lower portion of the “C” pillar before.

2001 M Coupe | Phoenix Yellow | Gray/Black

2001 BMW M Coupe | Phoenix Yellow | Gray/Black | SpeedLingerie

I randomly stumbled across this Coupe posted on bimmerfest.com by Kurt Martin. In the thread he linked to his gallery with more photos of this interesting car bra. He was approached by a company called SpeedLingerie to use his M Coupe as the basis for an M Coupe car bra. The bra is color matched, and accommodates all vents, lights, and emblems – it’s a pretty slick design. But, this comes at a price — the M Coupe SpeedLingerie is offered at $559.99. Not a low cost for something that most people would likely only use for long roads trips, or maybe track events.

S50B32 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Gray/Black

S50B32 BMW Z3 M Coupe | Cosmos Black | Gray/Black | Style 67 Wheels

This M Coupe was posted on z3mcoupe.com by Dave530. He has fitted the Coupe with a set of 19″ x 8″ ET47, 19″ x 9.5″ ET27  Style 67 from an E46 M3. I think they look great and suit the Coupe very well. I had a set of chromed 17″ Style 67 replicas on my first Coupe. I was never happy with them (mostly because they were chrome), but I really like the way this set looks. Additional mods include: Recaro seats, suspension, and what appears to be Eisenmann exhaust.
